KING CHEF Lumpiang Shanghai

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup King Chef Water Chestnuts, chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped onions
  • 500g ground pork
  • ¼ cup chopped carrots
  • 1tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
  • 1pc beaten egg
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tbsp chicken powder
  • 3 tbsp Yamato SoySauce
  • 3 tbsp chopped kinchay
  • 12-15 pcs lumpia wrapper

Procedure:

For the filling:

  1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. 
  2. Place 2 tbsp. of filling in the center of the wrapper. Roll and seal with water. 
  3. Fry until cooked and golden. Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce
